Yes, we all want to help others. Especially loved ones who’ve captured so much of our attention this past year. But when I say purpose is about growing and giving, I don’t mean to prioritize the needs of others above your own.

If you prioritize everyone else, then you’ll get to the end of your life to realize you didn’t live one that is your own. YIKES! It’s time to get clear on what makes you come alive. It’s time to start living what matters most. It’s time to set goals for yourself, change the way you think, and create systems to accomplish them. And I’m here to help guide you through that journey.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE

  • The health benefits of purpose and the science behind it

  • Debunking the myth that you don’t have time to pursue your calling

  • How many are lucky enough to gain 30 extra years of life

  • A personal pep talk that you won’t want to miss
