Let’s co-create epic shi(f)t.
I brought Blue Zones to the world.
This book revealed the secrets to enjoying a healthy, happy, and long life.
Since then, I’ve helped everyone from a burnt out tenured professor who left academia and moved cross-country for a new career…to health care workers who used lifestyle medicine to improve their sleep, stress levels, social connectedness, and more…during a pandemic.
As a board-certified coach, keynote speaker, and facilitator, I’m the creator of the Spacious Life, an experiential program and forthcoming podcast dedicated to creating and supporting personal transitions that help you live for your eulogy, not your resumé.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve been a wellbeing authority. My work’s been featured at national conferences, and I’ve earned President’s and ESPN awards alike.
While I'm proud of my professional accomplishments, you and I both know that life is much more than the shiny moments. So when I say that I’ll help you create a spacious life that’s whole, aligned, and meaningful, I mean it.
I often hear people wonder “Is this as good as it gets?” and say that they’re ready to make a change, but they don’t know what they want or what to do.
If I can help health care workers reduce their distress during a pandemic, I can help you change your life for the better.
The life you want is possible…and closer than you realize.
You’ve done everything right.
Just like they told you to.
But now? Despite climbing to the top of the mountain, something’s still missing. Everything you’ve worked so hard to achieve has finally arrived, but you feel no different.
So you’re ready to step off the hedonic treadmill. You just don’t know how yet.
That’s why I’m here. I’ll help you transform your “overwhelmed yet bored” life into a spacious one that’s whole, aligned, and meaningful.
It’s the art and science of fulfillment. I know, I know…”fulfillment” is totally one of those squishy buzzwords tossed around too loosely. But I speak geek and can actually help you apply the science of it. Because it’s a necessary perspective and set of skills that you canmust develop.
Listen to me. Your job could be eliminated tomorrow. Your social relationships could disappear. Your health might become compromised.
If you know how to create your fulfillment, then you’ll always be able to produce the results you seek (no matter what life throws your way).
When it comes to creating a whole, aligned, and meaningful life, I live by one rule (thanks, Marshall Goldsmith): What got you here won’t get you there.
So many people try to double down on their ambition and to-do lists. And they strive for massive, overnight change across multiple aspects of their lives.
And it doesn’t work, because it’s too big of a jump. Your brain literally can’t figure out how to do that.
But I can show you how. I can help you navigate what’s next.
First, I’ll help you reclaim more of your life outside of work (and your entire self-concept). Then, I’ll help you reignite your self-expression. Finally, I’ll help you reimagine your surroundings. The result is a lifestyle that prioritizes satisfaction over striving.
Because you can’t create a fulfilled life without letting go of striving.
(It’s literally how change works.)
At the heart of it all is radical acceptance…with your health…your relationships…your career. That’s your launching pad. For real (the research backs this up).
I know because that’s what I’ve helped thousands do. And it’s what I did.
My coaching experience started a decade ago, and it’s evolved into a highly specialized and integrated whole-person approach that combines elements of health, wellbeing, life, executive, business, and career coaching.
I’ve got the resumé-worthy accolades and educational bona fides to support my work, but life’s challenges have been my best teacher.
Several years ago, I overcame chronic fatigue, HPA axis dysfunction, an autoimmune thyroid flare-up, the ending of a romantic partnership, professional languishing, and serious toxic mold-related symptoms that put me in the hospital (twice)…all at the same time—in one year.
I then landed a “good enough” job that helped me sustain my healing progress and reclaim my life in a work-centric world.
Eventually, though, my identity became entangled with work again (supporting the wellbeing of health care workers during a pandemic has a way of doing this). Despite the security, service, and status this position provided, I came to loathe the long hours behind a screen, back-to-back-to-back meetings, and difficult organizational politics. I was spent—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And my soul yearned for more.
So I ditched a languishing corporate path to build the company I’d wished existed back in 2018, when I knew deep inside that my life’s work is in helping others move beyond a work-centric life…in whatever ways are meaningful for them.
Ready to create your Spacious Life?
I bet so. Because you’re likely ready to become invested in your own life again.
That’s why you’re here.
That's why you want to ditch a life punctuated with increasing demands and uncertainty that aren’t in alignment with your deepest needs and highest aspirations.
That's why you want to change the dial on your inner track that screams: “You're not doing it right.” “You should've achieved more.” “You should've picked a different path.”
That’s why you want to step outside the “Productivity Paradigm,” stop striving for success, and start stepping into satisfaction.
By reading this far, you’ve proven you’re committed to pursuing a different approach…you’re ready to trade achievement for fulfillment.
Quick clarification, though: I’m not actually here to tell you that you have to stop being ambitious. I want you to have ambition, expansion, and then some. But I also want you to create a new foundation, where you’re fueled not by your drive to achieve, but by answering this question…
How can I create space for what makes me come alive?
(Even when the emails won’t stop. Even when your calendar fills up. Even when shit goes sideways.)
You make a decision to navigate life from a different paradigm and a different self-concept. And then you commit to the practice of doing so. (Which is where I come in.) I’ve helped hundreds of highly capable and highly creative humans stop asking, “Is this as good as it gets?” and start answering, “Yesss...THIS is the good life.” I can help you, too.
Throughout my own journey, I've learned that:
Letting our ambitions drive will only take us so far.
Reclaiming our lives from the tyranny of work to create a whole, aligned, and meaningful life is a radical act.
Sometimes the hardest and best thing you can do is sit still, get quiet, and pull back for the sake of building something radically different and true.
So I transformed my wisdom of experience (bolstered by all kinds of degrees and certificates, see credentials below...I'm not winging it here) into life-changing, evidence-based work. I will teach you everything you need to do to navigate what’s next. And I will use coaching and hypnosis (and other integrative change work methodologies) to help you actually make it happen.

“I feel very grateful for Meghan..that because of [my work with her] I have more awareness than ever before. This has brought me to a place of less reactivity...and I’ve found my place in contentment, love, and happiness like I’ve never felt before.”

“Working with Meghan has been transformative...Each resource she provides is perfectly tailored to my needs, and she gives me tools I can use over and over again as I move forward. Creating a clear, values-based vision for my chapter of life feels empowering and hopeful, and has activated me in the way other programs haven’t.”

A little (more) about me*—bullet point edition.
Prior to working exclusively for my business, I was an employee wellbeing lead for a top 15 U.S. health system and, before that, for various organizations in higher ed, tech, and consumer packaged goods. Previously, I held a variety of roles advancing lifestyles of health and sustainability, within startups and corporate settings alike.
When I'm not coaching and creating, I enjoy side projects that stretch my artistry. (Ask me about the one-woman show I’m writing.)
I thrive in Minneapolis, where I enjoy performing cabaret, playing tennis, dining out with friends, watching live music, volunteering with the elderly, and taking advantage of the abundant parks, trails, and lakes. I also ditch the city to reconnect with nature and loved ones at my family’s lake home and/or farm.
A few fun facts:
Native Minnesotan farm kid...which is code for affable, industrious, and uncommonly strong
Slays karaoke with a rousing rendition of "Proud Mary"
Shamelessly obsessed with well-groomed eyebrows
Will tear up all of the dance floors, at every age, forever
