Want the quick and dirty version?

High-powered health and sustainability marketing professional (picture Diane Keaton in Baby Boom) can't find that feel-good space, despite surface appearance of success. Finally listens to gut instinct and pursues MPH in health promotion and integrative healing therapies. Lands choice gig as college director of wellbeing. But as wellbeing director finds herself increasingly...unwell. Gut instinct still gurgling, saying "Why don't you go out on your own?" Decides to listen, takes final stand.

40 years in...from the rocky, unwell road—paved with autoimmune disease, black mold, chronic fatigue, and a bunch of other stuff life threw down—to wellbeing is born wisdom of experience (bolstered by all kinds of degrees and certificates, see credentials at the bottom...I'm not winging it here) and ignited flame of helping others in early midlife get here.

All this brings us to now. And, as they say, there’s no better time.

If you want to live your 40s with greater satisfaction...
If your own gut instinct is giving you some "this could be better" vibes...

Then let's connect.

The results we can get together include a clear, positive, and focused headspace. Offer real energy. Celebrate your bodymind as you free yourself from the negative self-talk, digestive discomfort, mood swings, and insomnia that keep you feeling stagnant. Deliver professional reward. I offer a unique, thoughtful, and well-researched approach bolstered by degrees, certifications, and trainings in neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, cognitive behavioral therapy, breath work, coaching psychology, energy healing, and behavior design.

How I went from burned out lifestyle marketer to helping 40-somethings feel more satisfied...

Before the transformative 1:1 coaching. Before the distinctive online programs. Before the immersive holistic healing experiences…there was a corporate “yes” girl.

Eager to please.

Desperate for approval.

Struggling to create personal satisfaction no matter how many degrees earned or how many mornings grooved to Earth Wind & Fire's "September."

Blue Zones, Red Sox, and Green Goods

My high-powered, sexy corporate days saw me laser-focused on co-creating campaigns for the Boston Red Sox and Seventh Generation, and flexing my media muscles for National Geographic legends Dan Buettner and Will Steger...

...but my journey to health and life coaching was considerably less focused.

The shortest story is that instead of putting my energy toward marketing "better for you" products to people, I wanted to understand (and help others understand) "why we do what we do to help or harm us." So I left my job as a health and sustainability marketer to pursue an MPH in health promotion and integrative healing therapies.

The right road can still be under construction...

I was heading down the road I needed to be on. First, I landed a sweet gig as college director of wellbeing, serving thousands through courses, programs, and partnerships. But there was still a pervasive voice (the kind you shush but you KNOW you should listen to) asking, "When are you going to do your own thing?"

I answered! I loved the process of creating new solutions, so I ventured solo as a wellbeing innovation and growth consultant. But in this transition—oh, the irony—I became anything but well.

Long hours isolated behind a screen.
Missed social gatherings.
Crippling self-doubt.
Shiny-object syndrome.
A battering sense of “not enough-ness."

My own wellbeing plummeted. Plagued by an autoimmune thyroid disorder, anxiety and depression loomed. Unwitting, months-long black mold exposure exacerbated everything. Inexplicable rapid weight gain, crippling chronic fatigue, and HPA axis dysfunction followed. And cherry on top: a breakup with my long-term partner.

Listless and hopeless, I wondered: "If I don't have my wellbeing, what do I have?"

So I took a final stand.

I discovered that my feel-good approach to living could really help others.

I found the true meaning of my wellbeing. I became my own test subject by exploring meaning and movement, consciousness and calling, nature and nourishment, relationships and rest. Eight months later...

- My autoimmunity was in remission
- I overcame chronic fatigue and HPA axis dysfunction
- I enjoyed newfound levels of energy
- I became a certified coach
- I climbed K2 (What? Okay, not yet.)

Through my own experience, I was finally attuned to my highest calling as a midlife change coach and teacher, a career 40 years in the making.

Ready for a feel-good midlife?

I bet so.

Because I know you’re ready for a different way of being.

That’s why you’re here.

That's why you’ve already tried all of the biohacks and workouts and diets and (I could go on…). And they didn’t stick. Nor did they work. Nor did they feel good. Which was the whole point.

That's why you're done with living a life punctuated with increasing demands and uncertainty.

That's why you're ready to silence your inner voice that screams: “You're not doing it right.” “You should've achieved more." “You should've picked a different path.”

By reading this far, you’ve proven you’re committed to a different way of being…one that feels satisfying.
