With 20+ years of experience in wellbeing, I’ve seen a lot. But it took me hitting rock bottom to have my “aha” moment that transformed my life. I know what it feels like to not feel like myself...and also to feel really good.
No matter what kind of change or transition you want for your life, I can help you create fulfilling results. When you can’t sleep and you’re exhausted, you’re ready to ditch your job, you’re frustrated with dating, you’ve lost someone or something important to you, an important decision is weighing you down, or you’re ready to change (your relationship with) your body, I’m here to help you make it happen.
Sometimes you need clarity…sometimes you need to clean up your thoughts…sometimes you need an emotional release…sometimes it’s just a matter of habit…sometimes it’s all of the above. As a board-certified coach and wellbeing practitioner, my approach integrates coaching, neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, cognitive psychology, leadership science, breath work, energy psychology, hypnosis, positive psychology, behavior design, design thinking, and more. My work is informed by an MPH and MA, as well as certifications and advanced training from the top institutions.
While I use a range of resources, our work together is simple and doable by cutting through the clutter, so you're never overwhelmed and always supported.
I typically meet with individuals on a bi-weekly basis for 9-12 months.
